With the largest Group Fitness Timetable in the area, there is something to suit all ages and fitness levels. We deliver Les Mills classes of Body Balance, Body Pump, Body Step, RPM, GRIT Strength & CXWORX plus our very popular Circuit, Boxing, Zumba & Freestyle classes. Seniors fitness is also catered for with both Active Over 50’s and Heartmoves classes on offer.

A 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increase speed and maximize calorie burn. This workout uses a variety of body weight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast. LES MILLS GRIT™ Cardio takes HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.

A 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. LES MILLS GRIT™ Strength takes cutting edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.

At the end of the very popular 45 minute classes, you'll be sweating, you'll be puffing, yet you'll be feeling totally invigorated.
Active Over 50's

The Active Over 50's program is designed to help people aged 50 and over to lead a healthy and more active lifestyle. Classes carrying the Active Over 50 logo have been developed specifically for people aged 50 and over, are low cost and are provided by our trained fitness instructors.
Heartmoves

Heartmoves is an exercise program developed by the Heart Foundation. Heartmoves is open to everyone and has been developed specifically for people who have health risk factors or stable chronic illnesses such as heart disease, diabetes and bone or joint problems. It is also suitable for people who haven’t exercised for a long time.
